We understand the needs and budget constrain of single practitioners and small / home business owners. MBC offers Support On-Demand & Monitoring On-Demand+ Services for a wide variety of technology consulting, remote and on-site service, technology planning and upgrading, hardware and software monitoring, and other services are available on request.
How Does It Work?
Our SOD & MOD+ clients are required to register and purchase a minimal of 10 support hours or sign for monthly MOD+ services. Once payment has been received, SOD & MOD+ clients will have access to our ticket system and monitoring services, submit technical support/consulting request and to schedule remote or on-site appointments.

(†) SMB Block of Hours’ must be purchased in 10 hour blocks. Support available during regular business hours 8:00am –5:00pm EST (Monday to Friday). Support time expires after 14 months (notification will be provided 2 months before expiration) (i) Support service does not include emergency requests. Response time for regular support request is 4 – 24hrs. Support tickets must always be submitted using our ticketing system or by phone call if unable to access the Internet. (*) Pre-Paid Emergency Support Time is available from 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
